EV Curious
You're considering an electric vehicle. Maybe you've test-driven one, maybe you're just starting to wonder. Either way, you have questions — and not the ones EV marketing usually answers.
I'm a multi-year EV owner in the Pacific Northwest. I've logged 30,000+ miles on a Hyundai Ioniq 5 and previously owned a Nissan Leaf. I drive EVs because I like them, not because I'm an activist.
This site is for people who are skeptical, uncertain, or simply uninformed. It's the guide I wish I'd had when I was on the fence.
Quick example: in Washington, an eGallon (10 kWh) of electricity costs about $1 and gets you around 33 miles. Compare that to $4+ for a gallon of gas that gets you 28 miles. The math is the math.

The short version: for most people in most situations, an EV makes financial and practical sense. But not everyone — and I'd rather be honest about the real barriers than sell you something that doesn't fit.
